A Good Nights Sleep and Small Steps.....

Yesterday I finally bit the bullet. I bought a 2.5 in memory foam mattress pad for my bed. I was SO tired of waking up sore just because I was sleeping. Well this morning I woke up and felt good. Sweet!

I have decided that I need to exercise more and lose a few pounds, so I have made the attempt to work out. I am doing p90x. It really is hard. I started this endeavor on Wednesday. I didn't do it yesterday due to the fact that I attempted to give myself a concussion by hitting myself in the face with my car door. I'm super smart! Anywho......I got up and did the plyometrics part today. (I did a lot of jumping and squats) The thing I need to do is keep going! I tend to give up on things quickly. (see previous post) SO.......I'm going to make small goals. My goal is to finish the entire session of 1 hr each workout. I also want to workout at least 5 days. That should get me started. Now if I could only stop eating so much crap.........
